Our organizational purpose is the comprehensive conservation of biodiversity,
the restoration of ecosystems, the contribution to food security,
and environmental education under the “One Health” approach.

Conservancy Without Borders e.V. exclusively and directly pursues
charitable purposes within the meaning of the section
“Tax-privileged purposes” of the Fiscal Code (§§51 ff. AO).
The purpose of the association is to promote nature and environmental protection
(§ 52 para. 2 no. 8 AO) and animal welfare (§ 52 para. 2 no. 14 AO).
In accordance with the bylaws and the resolutions of the general meeting, the Executive Board—comprising Eduardo Veyan (Chair), Uta Wrackmeyer (Vice Chair), and Annerose Yoshiko Yamaguchi (Executive Director)—is authorized to decide on and administer the measures adopted by the members to fulfill the association’s purpose. The current Executive Board was elected on April 5, 2025, for a term of two years.
Financial resources come exclusively from donations and budget funds
from individuals, companies, foundations, universities,
and private or public institutions.
Financial resources are used directly for the association’s operating costs
and for its own programs and projects, as well as for programs and projects
of partner organizations working toward shared goals.
9. Relationships with Third Parties
There are no connections or financial ties with other institutions
except for the partners mentioned above.
10. Donors contributing more than 10% of annual revenue
None.
To this day, all positions are held on a volunteer basis, and no one in the entire organization receives any compensation for their work. As of:
